Subject: Acta Synodi Nationalis (Leiden: Elsevier, 1620)
This is the Leiden (Lugduni Bataviorum) edition of the Acta, printed by Isaac Elsevier in the same year (1620) the Dordtrecht edition was printed by Caninus and Associates, who were the printers commissioned by the copyright notice (immediately preceding main text pagination, page 47 of the PDF).
What you really want is on pages 241ff., the canons passed at the 136th session, on the
afternoon of Tuesday 24 April 1619.
As the Acta say on p. 240,
"Quam cum ipsis Canonibus, singulorumque ad singulos subscriptionibus, hic exhibemus."
In nomine Domini nostri Iesu Christi,
